Chris Fehily Python Book

I'm using a really old book to try to brush back up on Python.  Is there an
errata for the book? I'm sorry, this probably isn't the correct email, but
I couldn't track down the author and I didn't know what else to try.

For example, there's a bug in the introduction and I spent a chunk of time
figuring it out, would like to head off any issues in the future to save
time.
