I've created a team "wxGlade" at Bitbucket. The team URL is
https://bitbucket.org/wxglade.

All wxGlade releated repositories have been consolidated and are
organised within this team.

Thereby the repository URL has changed from
https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/wxglade to
https://bitbucket.org/wxglade/wxglade.

If you have a local copy of the wxGlade repository, you've to align the
remote repository path in $REPO/.hg/hgrc to the new URL.
