Welcome!
Just use the DEV_DS_2016 branch for testing and feedback. You can either 
clone the repository or download an archive from 
https://bitbucket.org/wxglade/wxglade/downloads?tab=branches
I've just uploaded the latest changes with better clipboard and full 
drag&drop support for the design and tree window. It should work on all 
of your wxPython versions. When it runs on Python 3 with Phoenix, it 
should generate Phoenix-compatible code, but I have not tested all the 
controls yet. The file format is compatible between all versions and the 
0.7.2. release.

The current tutorial is out of date with this version now. I will work 
in the next days on creating a new one.
Anyway, I've pasted below the current state of the Keyboard and Mouse 
Actions tables, as much of this is new.
The other changes are more obvious (like the slot visualization in the 
tree window).
