Handover of the wxGlade development

Hello wxGlade Users,

I'd like to handover the responsibility for the further wxGlade
development to Dietmar. 

He contributes already a lot of changes to improve the wxGlade GUI and
he will continue the wxGlade development. I've asked him to share and
discuss his thoughts about the further wxGlade development with you.

I step back from the wxGlade project and would like to spend more
time to my private projects.
