I noticed a sentence in the tutorial that didn't sound right to me. It is this: The logic with wxEXPAND is a bit different than with non-grid sizers. If it is active, the control will grow horizontally and vertically. If you want to avoid this, you need to add a horizontal or vertical sizer ‘between’ grid sizer and control. I would add boxsizer to here: you need to add a horizontal or vertical boxsizer ‘between’ grid sizer and control.
