Bug with REV_0.9 branch - redraw error

When I go to "Window->Layout 2:Properties" I notice what is displayed on the window becomes corrupted. This is on the REV_0.9 branch. I'm on Mac OS 10.12. The branch is at this revision: ca70f25dd67389ac381ae696d35d1b323f2b5574. I know this is a testing branch but I thought you might want to know.
