I see you are using Python 2.7.11. I'm using Python 3.7.2, wxPython 4.0.3, and wxGlade 0.9.3. I am on a much larger screen that you so that could be a factor. 

Could you supply this information (see wxGlade's About dialog):
- wxGlade version:
- wxPython version:

Are you able to try wxGlade on Python 3.x?
