Hello Cristian, the statusbar is only under Frame's properties: Widget -> "Has StatusBar". Menu and Tool bars have icons as they can be created on their own (though I doubt this is widely used). I thought the separate icon was only on the palette with 0.7.2 and older where there were no categories for the icons. Loading, editing and saving should certainly not make the statusbar disappear. This is propably a bug. Maybe you can post or mail the .wxg file with instructions how to reproduce. If you can do so right now, I can check today. Otherwise it might take until Sunday or Monday. What old/new wxGlade version are you using?
