Hi Kris,

I was going to reply to this post today but I see Stefan has already
made a great effort to point out the jack-layout from the schematics.
But I can confirm that Stefan is right. I have an modeegSMT and the
"signal" is carried through the wire which connects to the middle
ring, and not the tip and the ground connects to the long part of the
jack. So in Tip, Ring, Sleeve terms: Signal connects to tip and ground
connects to sleeve.
