Lots of noise on the CH1 of my Olimex SMT?

Hi, my electrodes are done and my SMT is up and running, thanks to you (Stefan,
Niels). BUT...I get a lot of noise (50hz I guess) on the channel 1, and ONLY on
the first channel (it's not related to the electrodes, when I permute the 2
channels I get the same result and the ear electrode is doing its job correctly).

I tried the SMT on a laptop, disconnected every electrical device around . The
only way I found to get rid of that noise and get a crisp wave is touching with
my finger the ground part of the USB plug of the SMT. What is the cause? Cheap
USB cable? bad connection somewhere? The Olimex itself?
