Continuing my work with visual entrainment, I used a photocell with my Arduino to measure the actual blink rate produced by my computer... http://eeghacker.blogspot.com/2014/05/measuring-video-blink-rate-with-arduino.html It showed that my computer cannot generate steady blinking faster than 10 Hz. As a result, I don't have a chance of entraining brain waves at faster than 10 Hz. This is important if I plan on using this setup as the basis for BCI based on visual entrainment. It's pretty cool what you can do with a $1.50 photocell.
