Here's some follow up on the Alpha wav detection...I've reduced the false alarm rate by adding "Guard Bands" to my detection algorithm...

Hello All,

I've recently collected some EEG data of some simple eyes-closed Alpha rhythms.  I'm using this data as an exercise to explore different signal processing and signal detection approaches.  I'm starting very simply...an energy detector.  I'll get more complicated as I continue the analysis.
