[little-OT] Problem with emotiv epoc

Hi all,
after one year in the box I decided to play again with my Emotiv Epoc...
Something wrong happened to the sensors pad:

I've already wrote to tech support but after two days still didn't got
an answer.
I'm trying to undestand if i can buy a replacement or if I should try
to fix it whit some DIY.
Not just one or two  but simply all of them are broken:( I think is
some kind of issue related to wrong way the plastic aged...

All suggestions are wellcome.
