Hi ThEgAmEr. This seems to be a fairly common problem with EPOCs that 
are left unused for a while (one more drawback of their saline electrodes).

A new set of electrodes and holders can be had from Emotiv for $49.95, 
along with a new hydrator pack and felts 
(https://emotiv.com/store/product_5.html).  Or, if you're feeling 
adventurous and have access to a 3D printer, there is a 3D-printable 
model to replace the plastic sensor holders on Thingiverse:
