Active electrodes with EMG

It's pretty random and the resistance between the electrodes is several MegaOhms . I am looking for tips and tricks. Thank you. I have a project to build a unit of a EMG biofeedback like Edmund Jacobson of neurovoltmeter measuring voltages of the order of a few microvolts . We must eliminate the 50 Hz noise floor. I made a Tnotch specified filter, but the noise is 5 microvolts . In the end I would like to display the voltage on an android smartphone using a Bluetooth connection with an Arduino .
