Hi There
This is David, I try to build a apparatus with electromyography or electroencephalography (not sure which one is more applicable for my case yet) sensors, which allow me to detect, record and store neuron signals from my larynx when I make inaudible speech.
I was inspired by these two U.S. Inventors

Please be advised that my goal is different from the above two systems: I only need a device + computer interface to detect, record, process and store theses signals so that I can compare my neural signals with another person who made the same inaudible speech, I don't need synthesize them to a vocal speech.
