i could build this unit for you. i have build a number of ecg, eeg and 
eog recording devices in the past. I own a company www.cm-electronics.de 
which develops custom electronics and software, so building these kind 
of units is part of my job.

You say you would like to record, process and store the signals.

where do you want to record them? would a electronics box attached to a 
pc be ok for that or do you need an independent unit?

what do you mean by processs? do you mean analogue and digital filtering 
to remove mains hum, or do you need anything specific?

and do you also need software to view and compare the signals? or can 
you use an available software solution for that?

if we can clarify these details i could then offer you a quote.
