A multi-location recording system could "universally" improve injury therapy tracking for more than EMG.
(such as I wish I had already adapted)
Pain is difficult to measure and quantize, but not impossible.

Suggestions relating to links for pre-existing research and data collection ?
(And such extensions of biofeedback)

  This is David, I try to build a apparatus with electromyography or electroencephalography (not sure which one is more applicable for my case yet) sensors, which allow me to detect, record and store neuron signals from my larynx when I make inaudible speech.

  Please be advised that my goal is different from the above two systems: I only need a device + computer interface to detect, record, process and store theses signals so that I can compare my neural signals with another person who made the same inaudible speech, I don't need synthesize them to a vocal speech.
