Openeeg smt worked 3 times now getting noise

Purchased Openeeg smt version. It seemed to work the first 3 times. I got a 
thin jagged line and teeth clenching test worked for sure. Now when I 
attach it to my head I get noise that peaks at 14hz. I get flat line when I 
connect the electrodes and also touch the DRL.
