command h5tov5d not found

Dear MPB users,
I have installed h5utils. The command h5topng works well, but the
command h5tov5d is not found and I cannot convert .h5 files to .v5d
files. I also have trouble in installing vis5d. I have successfully
uncompressed vis5d-5.1.tar.Z. However, when I  entered "uncompress
vis5d-data.tar.Z ",  it said "no space left on device".  What is the
reason? Thanks a lot.
