HELP : Using Mayavi for drawing a 3D s tructure

At last, epsilon.h5 is converted to *.vtk and I saw the 3D structure through Mayavi. Now I began to use Mayavi for drawing a 3D structure to check my simulation condition. With rectangular coordinates, it's ok. It shows very good picture. With diamond structure, HCP, FCC or BCC, however, non-rectangular coordinates, are shown as tilted. How do I figure out this? How can I get x, y z axis? Thanks for your concern.
