Hello Sascha,

I cannot spot the mistake in your code at the moment (I will run it on 
my PC and see what happens), but I would just like to point out to you 
that we made a ctl file for photonic crystal waveguides available on our 
website (www.st-andrews.ac.uk/microphotonics). It is part of the loss 
engineering code.
Maybe this could help you
