coefficients H(G) for each Bloch wave in a 3D PC

I need to calculate the coefficients H(G) for each Bloch wave in a 3D 
PC.....how i can do this in mpb...i understand i can do this by 
analyzing the output .h5 file.....nut I am not sure to do....please help
 me with some suggestions/directions
