Re: scigraphica broken on RedHat 9

You compiled the source so I think you installed all nessesary development 
packages but did you also install gkt-extensions for python (usually called 
python-gtk or similar, and that's not checked by configure)? If not it 
produces an error as you described just at the moment you want to enter any 
data. I cannot really reproduce your situation but I installed Numeric 22.1 
and the other versions are the same as yours and it works just fine.
If you are able you can also try to edit Script/Configure in the main window 
so that sg can find your libraries.
I hope you can find the error.
