Al, I ran the daemon and it did fix the problem. It is unfortunate that it has to be that way though because we are working remotely on the machine that actually runs gtkextra. It seems like the daemon must be run for each display (computer) connected and it only wants to run itself once. Is there another place that this issue is being investigated that you know of?
