Improving documentation & I18N

Hello Adrian

GtkExtra 3 is good news.
People started to think that gtkextra became a dead project.

I'd like to adapt the docs i've written some years ago to the current GNOME 
documentation format - GtkDoc and add also internationalization.
That means that i will have to modify *.c files.

Do you agree?
