Hi Barbara,

If what you need is a bibliography of your citations/entire library, try
selecting all the citations, and then exporting them to a text file (I
recommend an RTF rather than TXT). EndNote will export them using
whatever output style is selected. You can then open the file in Word.
The Rich Text Format will keep italics and other basic
formatting/styling.
