Why not just use Export to save the whole library as an RTF file using your preferred output style? Unless you need them in some specific unique order, this should work. When I select all of the citations and then try to insert them, EndNote responds saying that I can only insert 50 citations at a time. How can I get all of these citations into one word file (that is, without having to do this in lots of 50). Many thanks. Barbara
