Xapian 1.4.21 released

Xapian 1.4.21 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release is mainly comprised of portability enhancements and
documentation improvements.

A big thanks to Robert Stepanek, Matthieu Gautier, Gaurav Arora,
David Bremner and Ryan Schmidt for helping to make this release a
reality.
