Xapian 1.4.22 released

Xapian 1.4.22 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release is mainly composed of bug fixes, minor new features, and
support for PHP8.

Particularly worth highlighting is a fix in xapian-core for a potential
database corruption error if commit fails due to the disk becoming full
at just the wrong moment.  If you aren't able to upgrade to get this
fix we recommend applying the one line patch from here:
