possible bug in DHCP

In DHCP server page I noticed it does not check if the MAC Address is
previously entered 

It only checks if the IP address has been taken or not. 

I discovered it by mistake; I found a MAC address assigned 2 IP addresses in
reservations.

I am running 1.32
