Port forwarding allows incoming connections through to a designated target
or destination based upon the source IP address and requested port.

To open the port _to_ your Smoothie you need to use External Service Access.

For Smoothwall Express you _don't_ use both but you do for Smoothwall ver
1.0

BTW - What are you actually trying to make work?
