Hi,

We are currently settings up Bitten <http://bitten.edgewall.org> on
Prelude IDS project trac in order to automatically test newer revision
of the project before release.

We are thus looking for volunteer who would agree running a build bot,
which will automatically get notified when there is a new SVN revision
of a module in the Prelude SVN repository, and will attempt to build
that revision and report success / failure.

This will improve release quality, since we will be able to correct
mistake before the initial release in place of doing later bug fixes
releases.

Note that we are especially interested in non Linux system (if you run
Linux, please contact us anyway).

*** Requirement ***

Since Bitten does not yet handle dependencies between build modules, the
machine need to have the basic framework installed:
- libprelude
- libpreludedb
- C compiler
- C++ compiler.
- SWIG
- GnuTLS (library and headers file).
- LUA (library and headers file).

Additionally, Bitten require Python 2.4 or higher.

Since this is a build bot, the machine should ideally be online most of
the time, and the Bitten build bot should automatically be started upon
boot.

If you are interested, please send me a mail including the following
information concerning the machine that is going to run the build bot:

- Operating System (uname -s -m).
- IP address of the machine.

Thanks!
