A couple of issues:
1) Would it be possible to drop WinPcap support for Npcap?
Note: WinPcap has been abandoned for years. Npcap is the future of packet
capturing for Windows. Sourcefire has WinPcap plugged into Snort and this
causes issues when installing Npcap by default.
2) Is there a chance that Sourcefire could develop a 64 bit version of
Snort, is it not time, this is the 21st century?
3) There was talk about releasing some documentation on compiling Snort
on Windows, is this still going to happen?
