Build error when cross-compiling on Fedora machines

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the snort package on Buildroot.

There is a Fedora-specific check in the configure script that is adding
unsafe header/library path causing cross-compilation problems, as you can
see from the logs on the Buildroot autobuild report:
