The one commit that had the updates for ChangeLog and snort version patch number wasn’t pushed to github. I just pushed this commit and everything seems fine from our end. Can you please update your local checkout and see if it is good? Please report if you see any issues.

Subject: [Snort-users] Question on 3.1.18.0
I just recompiled what I thought was the source for 3.1.18.0 (I did a fresh git clone), but upon running /usr/local/snort/bin/snort -V after compiling and linking, I get it reporting 3.1.17.0…?  Has the git repository been reverted for some reason, or did someone forget to update the version number?
