Hi, all! :)
	Today there will be an IIP-dev meeting at 21:00 UTC on #iip-dev. So you've
been warned. Don't be late. Me Tarzan. Me have big rock to hit late-comers
with. Me have bigger rock to hit people that don't come at all with. ;-
)
	On a more serious note, topics will include discussion on a controlled
(emphasis on controlled) flooding experiment to see if we can bring down the
iip _network_. Also, we will be discussing possible ways to solve the "Trent
problem" (i.e. 10,000 bots shouldn't be permitted to nick reg with Trent.)
UserX has so far submitted the most optimum solution; require a human
intelligence question when nick regging something (i.e. ask a question a
human can answer but that a bot can't.)

	See y'all there! :)
