Here is the other help html page that I was missing to read, translated
into Spanish to increase your big number of users.
The IIP proxy is working fine. 

I have tried using the trillan( http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/ )
Instant Messenger to connect with and it works very good!
Actually, this is yet, my easiest way of connecting to IRC. 
I hope that after some practice with Chatzilla I will do the same in a
'manual' fashion.
