more models

this is a simplistic model based on what was in the last email.  i'm
working on a more detailed one, but it has nearly two dozen variables
and requires statistics 'n shit, so this'll do for now :)

thoughts / comments / ideas / flaws, let 'em rip

(btw, I exported into .xls from open office as I'm not sure if everyone
can read their format... any problems?)

next up is some revamping of the spec, which I should have a new rev
out on email by the end of the weekend.
