i2p project overview doc for the SDK

	OK. Here's my comment. I can't even live with the first page. Many of the 
comments are straight against the grain of my opinions/beliefs. However, if 
we all sat down and tried to come up with a document we all agree with, it 
would take longer than developing the software itself. So here's what I 
propose:
	Let this be released as jrand0m's personal opinions and description of the 
project. A little paragraph should be put in place stating that this are his 
views and do not reflect those of the rest of the developers. (The paragraph 
could be placed right after the title paragraph and before the Declaration of 
Intent.) Here's a sample:

	This document reflects the personal views and opinions of jrand0m. It does 
not reflect the views of the Invisible Internet Project as a whole or the 
views of any individual developers of the Invisible Internet Project.

	Anyway, that's my suggestion. Even though I disagree with the content of the 
document (mainly the first page), I can live with it being released as long 
as people realize that it's only jrand0m's view. This method also allows for 
other developers to write their own view points (which might not be a bad 
idea).
