cvs repository

just a quick note to those who have checked out code from the cvs that
you may need to reget a clean checkout.  

two things changed:
- i2p/router and i2p/api were moved to i2p/code/router/python and i2p/code/core/python,
 respectively
- the net.invisiblenet.i2p.data.i2np package is moved from i2p/code/core
to i2p/code/router

(plus i2ptunnel is in i2p/code/apps/i2ptunnel/java/src)

yes, I know anon cvs still isn't up.  working on it as soon as nop gives
me root.  ;)
