explicit guide on how to setup a public node on Linux

Hi!

I tried to setup a public node for IIRC.
But after set it up and starting I see no traffic on the PC nor a try=20
for a connect, nor my node in the node.ref.
Can anybody type a explicit list for setting up a node with isproxy 1.1.0=
 ?
And why is in the listen.ref the IP =3D 127.0.0.1 ? shouldn there be my I=
P?
