Can I join the IPCop team?

Hi, I'm interested in joining the IPCop team. In fact, I have a patch to
submit, it's about a patch that enables SquidGuard on IPCop 1.9.x.

I also want to commit it to the IPCop SVN repository. I saw someone upgrade
Squid 2.7 there to Squid 3.0. So I have to adjust my patch to accommodate
the Squid upgrade.

May I join? :-)
