Hi Dave

I think dhcp.cgi checks to see if the IP address is within the subnets
of the interfaces on IPCop. I would guess that 192.168.5.0 is not one
of your IPCop's/Raccop's networks?

It was possible to do this in v1.4.x, which uses dhcpd, but the
functionality was removed in v1.9 when we switched to dnsmasq for
DHCP.
