Initial Comment:
When you have defined the parameters of the OpenVPN server and there is click on the button "start openvpn server" service started without problems. then add a connection and even this step works smoothly.
But when trying to stop the service using the button "Stop openvpn server" does not stop the service and therefore can not make the changes required.
This error occurs when the display language is Spanish. In English it is sporadic.
Has been necessary to manually edit the file /var/ipcop/openvpn/settings and change the value  ENABLE_RED_1=on by ENABLE_RED_1 = off. After click on the button "Restart OpenVPN server" at that moment the service is stopped and can make changes as needed
