Dear Christian,

thank you very much for correcting my point of view, I studied the trace
again and I agree with you.

The DSLAM didnt send the requested replies.

But otherwise if DSLAM sent a request, IPCOP answered with a reply
immediatly.

I contacted my ISP with these facts.
