The use of TLS will have to wait until after 2.1.0/2.1.1.
Achim and myself are currently looking into the update issue, which 
looks like the GUI showing an error when in fact everything is updated OK.

Expect -rc2 next week and then 2.1.0/2.1.1 some time after that.
