 Another option entirely is to use OpenDNS exclusively as your dns servers 
and open an account there. Then you set up opendns in the dynamic dns 
section to connect via your OpenDNS account so they know IPCop's red ip at 
all times and set the filtering to kid friendly. They will not be able to 
resolve anything that they are not allowed to by your account settings in 
OpenDNS.
