Hi, I have, in the past, used the PC Engines apu1d4 board which can be had with a PCI-X radio and antennas for exactly what you describe.... I used to get them from Netgate, but they seen to be out of stock now... The kit came with a nice anodized aluminum case and was a DIY for just about any kind of Open Source firewall.... I have some helpful hints for getting IP Cop running on one somewhere... If you can get one of these boards somewhere, let me know and I'll dig up my step-by-step instructions for getting it going with IP Cop.... Maybe PC Engines can give you a vector to a stocking dealer....
