As a $10/month he.net customer, I'm not going to ask them to write code 
for IPCop.


I believe it would be more appropriate for the IPCop project to contact 
he.net, state that they want to support he.net for DDNS on IPCop, 
request he.net's help (dev/op personnel access, DDNS client update 
protocol, test account, etc.), and then work with he.net to implement 
and maintain it.  Whether or not both organizations see a business case 
to do so is up to them.


In the mean time, either I pick another DDNS provider that is supported 
by IPCop, I pick a FOSS firewall that supports he.net, or I forget about 
DDNS.
